Key Responsibilities
Monitor and ensure that all assigned stores achieve or exceed sales targets, operational standards, and company KPIs.
Support management in planning, executing, monitoring, and evaluating retail strategies, including ensuring the effective implementation of promotional campaigns, merchandising, and visual display standards.
Coach, mentor, and develop Store Leaders to strengthen leadership capabilities, improve team performance, and enhance operational excellence. Participate in recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee development initiatives.
Conduct regular competitor analysis by monitoring products, pricing, promotions, and market activities to identify business opportunities and market trends.
Prepare and analyze sales performance and customer relationship reports by evaluating sales data, identifying customer concerns, and recommending service improvement initiatives.
Ensure inventory accuracy and product availability across assigned stores through regular stock monitoring and inventory control to meet customer demand.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally while ensuring timely and effective resolution.
Prepare periodic operational and sales reports, analyze business performance, and develop measurable action plans to improve store productivity and profitability.
Support the achievement of business objectives by carrying out additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail operations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or assistant managerial role.
Strong understanding of retail operations, sales management, merchandising, inventory control, and customer service.
Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop store teams to achieve business objectives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret sales and operational data.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Results-oriented with strong planning, organizational, and execution capabilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); experience with retail POS and ERP systems is an advantage.
Willing to travel frequently to stores within the assigned area.
Able to manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment
