About the Company
Our client is a growing Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning (EPCC) company delivering engineering solutions across industrial sectors in Indonesia.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Civil & Structural engineering design throughout all project phases.
Prepare, review, and approve engineering calculations, drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
Perform structural analysis and design for steel structures, reinforced concrete, foundations, and industrial facilities.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure integrated design solutions.
Provide technical support during procurement, construction, installation, commissioning, and project execution.
Review technical queries, engineering changes, and resolve site-related engineering issues.
Ensure designs comply with international engineering codes, project specifications, customer requirements, and QHSSE standards.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 8 years of experience in Civil & Structural Engineering within EPCC, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power Plant, Renewable Energy, or related industries.
Proven experience in structural design for steel structures, reinforced concrete, foundations, and industrial facilities.
Strong knowledge of structural analysis, engineering calculations, and international engineering codes.
Proficient in STAAD.Pro, ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
Experience working with multidisciplinary engineering teams and supporting construction activities.
Good communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Preferred Qualifications
Professional Engineer (PII/PE) Certification.
SKK/SKA Certification.
Professional training in STAAD.Pro, ETABS, SAP2000, or other structural analysis software.
Project Management or Engineering Design certifications are an advantage.
