About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Service Assistant Engineer to join our team at China Steel Global Trading Jakarta Representative Office in Kelapa Gading Jakarta. This is a full-time position that will play a vital role in supporting our technical services and operations.
What you'll be doing
Providing technical assistance and support to our customers, including on site inspection, sample collecting, and evidence gathering
Conducting on-site visits and inspections to assess and identify any issues or areas for improvement
Collaborating with the engineering team to develop and implement technical solutions to address customer needs
Documenting and maintaining detailed records of all service activities and findings
Promote the company's steel product
Assisting Senior Taiwanese Technical Service Manager
What we're looking for
Bachelor Degree or Above. Metallurgical & Materials Engineering Major is a must.
English & Mandarin profiency is a must.
Fresh Graduated are welcome.
Willing to Travel in and outside Indonesia.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve technical issues.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with customers and colleagues.
Responsible, Reliable, Positive and Self-Disciplined
A proactive and adaptable approach to your work, with a willingness to learn and continually develop your skills
