Production Leader
Position Summary:
The Production Leader is responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing and packaging operations, ensuring target schedules are met safely, on time, and in full compliance with pharmaceutical standards. Leading a team of operators and technicians, this role drives batch execution, monitors line performance, enforces strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP/CPOB) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and proactively resolves operational bottlenecks, process deviations, or equipment downtime to maintain maximum operational efficiency and product quality.
Requirement:
• Educational Background: SMA/SMK in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent (Diploma/D3 is an advantage).
• Industry Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of operational experience within a pharmaceutical manufacturing or packaging environment.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Solid understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP/CPOB) and Good Documentation Practice (GDP).
• Equipment Handling: Hands-on experience in operating, cleaning, and maintaining pharmaceutical machinery.
• Documentation Skills: Practical familiarity with Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and equipment logbooks.
• Accuracy & Detail: High level of precision and strong attention to detail in executing tasks.
• Core Competencies: Strong communication and coordination skills, with a proactive focus on problem-solving, safety, and operational discipline.
Job Summary:
• Production Support & Execution: Assist supervisors with daily and weekly production scheduling, task distribution, line coverage, and process execution.
• Drug Processing Adherence: Execute pharmaceutical manufacturing processes in strict compliance with Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Batch Record Management: Accurately record all operational activities and thoroughly review BMR documentation prior to supervisor submission.
• Good Documentation Practices: Apply strict Good Documentation Practice (GDP) standards across all records to ensure data integrity.
• Facility & Machinery Maintenance: Conduct routine cleaning and maintenance of production rooms, machinery, and manufacturing tools.
• Equipment Logbook Tracking: Diligently log machine usage, equipment cleaning, and room sanitation activities in designated logbooks.
• Deviation & Resource Reporting: Immediately report process deviations, equipment breakdowns, and raw material or tool shortages to supervisors, supporting root-cause problem solving.
