Job Responsibilities

1. Team Management

• Assist the Chinese Material Control Manager in team management, including workforce planning, performance assessment, personnel replacement and supplementation, and organizational development.

1. PMC Business Supervision

• Coordinate safety stock planning and dynamic adjustments for national, shop, and L4 maintenance materials to prevent supply disruption.

• Manage inventory health by reviewing slow-moving and obsolete inventory, coordinating the return of non-defective overdue materials, and supporting inventory sell-off or scrapping to reduce invalid inventory.

• Verify logistics expense reimbursement data and manage, assess, and optimize logistics service providers to control costs while maintaining distribution efficiency.

1. Warehouse Operations Management

• Implement 5S standards and ensure material safety to prevent loss and damage.

• Conduct regular physical inventory checks and reconcile inventory with system data to maintain high inventory accuracy.

• Ensure timely material dispatch from the main warehouse to shops, monitor in-transit documents, and clear overdue open documents.

• Optimize and standardize warehouse processes, including inbound, outbound, sorting, and bin location management; develop SOPs and daily operation tracking reports.

• Organize daily, weekly, and monthly meetings with Material Control and Warehouse teams to track progress, address issues, and implement improvements.

1. Backup Responsibility

• Assume the full management responsibilities of the Main Warehouse Supervisor when no supervisor is on duty.

Job Requirements

• Fluent in ENGLISH is a MUST, having Mandarin proficiency will be a plus

• Proficient in the use of office software, with the ability to analyze data

• Good at learning and adapting, with a good sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit

• Have good conduct, be honest and trustworthy, and be in good health
