About The Company:
The working venue is in Cikarang.
Our client is a Food Manufacture Company. Currently, they are looking for R&D Supervisor.
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct research and develop innovative food products that meet consumer preferences and market trends.
Formulate and test new recipes, adjusting ingredients and processing techniques to improve product quality and cost-effectiveness.
Analyze product performance and sensory attributes through rigorous testing and evaluation.
Collaborate with production and quality assurance teams to ensure successful scale-up of new products.
Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for innovation.
Maintain accurate records of experiments, results, and formulations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Support the development of product packaging and labeling to align with marketing strategies.
Assist in troubleshooting production issues related to product formulation or processing.
Conduct shelf-life studies and stability testing for new products.
Coordinate with suppliers for new ingredient sourcing and evaluation.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or a related field.
High conversational level of English.
At least 2 years of experience as a Supervisor in food product development within Japanese manufacturing companies.
Experience handling BPOM and Halal registration.
Strong knowledge of food processing, ingredient functionality, and product development methodologies.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
