Job Description:
1. Project Schedule & Monitoring Management
Lead, monitor, and control the entire installation process from project handover from Sales to Handover to the customer/Maintenance on time.
Monitor Master Schedules which PE prepares and updates as per actual condition and progress to ensure strictly on-time project completion.
Coordinate Material On-Site (MOS) deliveries, site readiness, shaft inspections, and installation readiness to prevent delays.
Monitor and manage monthly project costs, budget planning, and project expense claims (Monthly Cost Analysis).
2. Subcontractor & PE, SPV staff Management
Select, evaluate, manage subcontractors, including rate negotiations and quality assessment + new subcontractor development.
Check, verify, and approve all subcontractor invoices and progress billing accurately based on actual site achievements.
Direct and oversee Project Engineers (PE), Supervisors, and Technicians to ensure optimal workforce deployment across all project sites.
3. Customer & Stakeholder Communication
Serve as the main representative of the Installation Department in site coordination meetings with Main Contractors, Management Consultants (MK), Owners, and Building Management on behalf of PE, SPV if required.
Maintain professional, proactive, and effective communication (verbal and written) with the customer to resolve site issues, schedule adjustments, or commercial matters promptly.
Actively collaborate with Sales, Drafters, Maintenance, and Quality Control (QC) departments.
4. Quality Assurance, Compliance & Administrative Governance
Enforce strict compliance with company SOPs, installation manuals, safety guidelines and code of conduct.
Oversee and ensure thorough administrative operations, including complete documentation for Pre-Ordering Checklists, Joint Survey Reports, Minutes of Meeting (MOM), Progress Reports, Quality Defect report to the factory and hand over documents to the customer & maintenance.
Coordinate closely with QC to manage and resolve site defects promptly, ensuring a "Zero Defect" handover to the customer and Maintenance.
Ensure accurate verification of As-Built Drawings against actual site conditions.
5. Evaluation of installation staff
Encourage and give the opportunity to improve the competency and performance to all of the installation staff.

Qualifications:
The experience of construction industry or elevator/escalator industry.
Skill Project management/coordination and good communication.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate on-site teams.
Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to different job sites as needed.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to resolve issues effectively under pressure and iron fist.
