Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Information Technology / Computer Science or related major.
1 to 2 years of experience as an IT Business/System Analyst.
Understanding of business process flow diagram and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology.
Experience in creating project documentation such as FSD, SIT&UAT Script, or User Guide.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in system modeling tools such as Draw.io or Visio.
Experience with Figma is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Involve in business requirement gathering and analysis activities including understanding existing business processes and challenges, gathering new system requirements, and designing system solutions.
Create and maintain project documentation such as Functional Specification Design (FSD), Flow Process Diagram, SIT&UAT Scripts, User Guide, Minutes of Meeting (MOM), etc.
Perform Application Testing and System Integration Testing (SIT).
Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Provide end user training and postproduction support activities.
Collaborate with Developers, and stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
