1. Pendidikan minimal D3 Teknik Mesin, Teknik Alat Berat, Teknik Kendaraan, atau jurusan terkait
2. Minimal 1,5 tahun pengalaman dalam perbaikan/maintenance excavator, bulldozer, atau alat berat lainnya di lapangan
3. Memahami troubleshooting, diagnostik kerusakan, dan prosedur servis lapangan
4. Mampu berkomunikasi dalam Bahasa Inggris dasar (lebih baik jika memahami istilah teknis)
5. Bersedia bekerja di lapangan dan melakukan perjalanan dinas sesuai kebutuhan

1. Melakukan perbaikan, maintenance, dan troubleshooting alat berat AWP
2. Melakukan inspeksi rutin, diagnosa kerusakan, serta membuat laporan servis
3. Memberikan dukungan teknis kepada pelanggan dan tim internal (sales/service)
4. Berkoordinasi dengan tim Spare Part dan Service agar pengerjaan servis berjalan tepat waktu
5. Menyusun dan menjaga dokumentasi riwayat servis alat dan laporan pekerjaan
6. Mendukung aktivitas after-sales serta memastikan kepuasan pelanggan
