Preschool Teacher
Requirement:
Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field. (A recognized Montessori Diploma/Certification is highly preferred).
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience, preferably within a Montessori, international, or bilingual school environment.
Good English proficiency
Deep understanding of child development, the Montessori philosophy, and child-led, hands-on learning approaches.
Excellent interpersonal skills, strong classroom management through gentle guidance, and the ability to maintain a beautifully prepared Montessori environment.
A patient, observant, and nurturing demeanor with a genuine passion for guiding young learners.
Strong ability to collaborate effectively within Cinnamon Montessori’s diverse and international school community.
Willing to travel to Kelapa Gading
Willing to work from Monday to Saturday
