Bookkeeper

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately encode financial and billing transactions into the system.
• Verify patient billing records and supporting documents.
• Record insurance and patient payments.
• Reconcile daily financial transactions and payment reports.
• Maintain accurate accounting and billing records.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and account reconciliations.
• Coordinate with the billing and finance teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and US healthcare confidentiality standards.
• Maintain organized electronic records and documentation.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Financial Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, medical billing, or payment posting is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and computer applications.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
