Job Description:
Execute and enforce Daily Work Instructions.
Implement safety talks and shift handover briefings.
Ensure team members work in compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
Coordinate with the Production Superintendent to provide guidance to the team related to job techniques, discipline, and work quality.
Maintain team cohesion and support a productive, safe working environment.
Ensure operational performance meets the set standards and targets.
Communicate production plans and tasks provided by Mine Planning Engineering (MPE).
Job Requirement:
Minimum Education SMA/SMK
Minimum Experience 3 years in mining operations, including at least 1 year in nickel mining.
Strong understanding of mining operations and technical aspects.
Good knowledge of mining processes, production flow, and cost/profit efficiency.
Ability to perform unit matching, cycle time analysis, and unit efficiency calculations.
Good administrative and reporting skills in mining operations.
Strong communication skills; honest, assertive, responsible, and disciplined.
Able to supervise teams and provide clear direction.
