Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Head Chef in Indonesian Restaurant
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Able to create, standardize, and control recipes
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using operational systems (experience with accurate is preferred)
- HACCP / Food Safety Certification is preferred
- BNSP Culinary Certification is an advantage
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise daily kitchen operations
- Ensure consistency of food quality and presentation
- Control food cost, inventory, and kitchen efficiency
- Manage stock planning, purchasing coordination, and system accuracy
- Develop menu and improve operational profitability
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and kitchen compliance standards
- Train and develop kitchen team performance
