About the role
This is a full-time role based in West Jakarta, Jakarta as a Procurement and Purchasing Strategist for PT. Seilera Berkah Kulina'. In this pivotal position, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic procurement and purchasing initiatives to support the company's manufacturing and logistics operations.
What you'll be doing
1. Devise and use fruitful sourcing strategies
2. Discover profitable suppliers and initiate business and organization partnerships
3. Negotiate with vendors to secure advantageous terms
4. Approve the ordering of necessary goods and services
5. Finalize purchase details of orders and deliveries
6. Perform risk management for supply contracts and agreements
7. Control spending and build a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs
8. Conduct analysis to reduce cost and increase effectiveness
9. Collaborate with the kitchen department to ensure clarity of specifications for the items needed
10. Forecast changes in the comparative negotiating abilities of suppliers and client
11. Oversee stock opname and analyze data
12. Prepare, maintain, and review purchasing files, report, and price lists
13. Compare price, specifications, and delivery dates in order to determine the best bid among potential suppliers

What we're looking for
Minimum 3 years' experience in a procurement or purchasing role, preferably within the f&b, retail or manufacturing industry
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify opportunities
Excellent negotiation and supplier management capabilities
Proven track record of implementing successful procurement strategies and delivering cost savings
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence key stakeholders
Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field
