Requirements:
- Minimum 2 + years’ experience in a similar position
- Bachelor Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
- Artistic ability, vision and creativity
- Skills in 2D AutoCAD and 3D Sketchup.
- Impeccable communication & relationship skills with internal & external stakeholders at various levels.
- Confident & highly competent presentation abilities, comfortable in front of Senior Stakeholders both internal & external
- Workplace / office fit-out experience ideallyInterpret and translate customer needs into rough plans
- Ability to design and schedule projects from beginning to end
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake design project from concept to completion
- Determine the client’s goals and requirements of the project
- Able to make 2D working drawings
- Interpret and translate customer needs into rough plans
- Research and decide on materials and products sourcing
- Place orders for materials and oversee installing the design elements
