Job Description
Recruitment plan and strategy development. According to the company's strategic planning and business needs, communicate and coordinate with various departments tospecifying the recruitment positions, number of people, and job requirements. Analyse the market demand and supply of talent, combined with the actual situation of the company, to perform an effective recruitment strategy, such as selecting the appropriate recruitment channels, determine the recruitment schedule.
Resume screening and talent assessment. Collect and sort out the resumes received through various channels, conduct preliminary screening according to the job requirements and recruitment standards, and screen out the candidates who meet the basic conditions. Apply professional talent assessment tools and methods to further assess the candidates and determine the list of finalists for interviews.
Organizing Interviews and implementation. Co-ordinate the arrangement of interview time, place and interviewers to ensure the smooth running of the interview process. Participate in the interview process, interview the candidates together with the employing department, and conduct a comprehensive investigation in terms of professional skills, comprehensive quality and job matching.
Recruitment data analysis and reporting. Collect, collate and analyse the data in the recruitment process, such as recruitment channel effect data, CV delivery, interview pass rate, hiring rate, etc., and regularly produce recruitment data analysis reports. According to the results of data analysis, assess the effectiveness of the recruitment work, find the existing problems and deficiencies, put forward improvement measures and suggestions, and provide data support for the company's recruitment decision-making.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree from a reputable University in Indonesia.
At least 2-3 years of experience in recruitment. Previous experience in Indonesian in an Executive Search Agency and or state-owned enterprises is preferred.
Excellent oral and written English and Bahasa Indonesia and experienced in International Recruiting
Ability to adapt to domestic as well as international travelling.
Recruitment channel management skills, interviewing and selection skills with relevant experience.
Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
