Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Health professional to join our team in Cilegon, Indonesia. In this role, you will develop and manage occupational health programs, promote employee well-being, and ensure compliance with Indonesian health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct occupational health assessments, risk assessments, and workplace hazard identification.
  • Perform health screenings, medical surveillance, and maintain accurate health records.
  • Develop and implement workplace health promotion and wellness programs.
  • Ensure compliance with occupational health, safety, and labor regulations.
  • Assess workplace ergonomics and recommend improvements to reduce workplace injuries.
  • Analyze occupational health data and prepare reports for management.
  • Deliver health and safety training and support employee onboarding.
  • Investigate workplace health incidents and recommend corrective actions.
  • Maintain occupational health policies and collaborate with stakeholders to promote a safe and healthy work environment.
Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Medical Doctor (MD) with a Specialist Degree in Occupational Medicine (Sp.Ok.).
  • Valid Indonesian Medical Registration Certificate (STR) and Practice License (SIP).
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in occupational health or corporate healthcare.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian occupational health regulations, labor laws, and workplace health standards.
  • Experience in occupational health assessments, medical surveillance, fitness-for-work evaluations, and workplace health promotion.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and report-writing skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
