About the Role
We are looking for a Senior KOL Strategist who can turn product marketing objectives into clear, impactful campaign strategies and briefs. This role will be responsible for developing KOL and content strategies, translating market insights into actionable campaigns, and leading KOL Specialists to ensure strong execution and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Refine product marketing objectives and translate them into clear, strategic campaign briefs.
Develop and own content strategy and KOL strategy aligned with brand objectives and campaign goals.
Create comprehensive KOL campaign briefs, including campaign direction, key messaging, content angles, deliverables, and KPIs.
Conduct competitor content analysis to identify trends, opportunities, content gaps, and best practices.
Monitor and analyze market content insights to develop relevant and engaging campaign strategies.
Develop content recommendations based on consumer behavior, platform trends, KOL performance, and market dynamics.
Supervise and provide direction to KOL Specialists in executing campaigns based on established strategies and briefs.
Review campaign execution and content output to ensure alignment with the campaign strategy, brand guidelines, and objectives.
Monitor campaign performance and provide strategic insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
Collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Brand, Creative, Social Media, and other relevant teams to ensure campaign alignment.
Stay updated on KOL trends, social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging content formats.
Qualifications
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in KOL/Influencer Marketing, Content Strategy, Campaign Strategy, or a related field.
Strong experience in developing campaign briefs and content strategies.
Strong understanding of KOL/Influencer Marketing, especially campaign planning and strategy.
Proven ability to analyze competitor content and market trends and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Experience in leading, mentoring, or supervising a team is highly preferred.
Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and communication skills.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and KOL landscape.
Experience in the Beauty, FMCG, lifestyle, or consumer industry is a plus.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
