RUNDZEE is looking for a creative, innovative, and results-driven Social Media Specialist to lead our social media presence and create engaging content that connects with customers, merchants, and communities across the Philippines.
If you're passionate about content creation, digital marketing, storytelling, and growing brands on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social platforms, we'd love to have you on our team.
Your Role
As our Social Media Specialist, you will:
- Develop, create, schedule, and publish engaging content across multiple social media platforms.
- Produce compelling graphics, reels, videos, stories, and promotional campaigns.
- Plan and execute social media strategies that increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Promote RUNDZEE services, merchant partners, and marketing campaigns.
- Manage online communities by responding to comments, messages, and customer inquiries.
- Monitor social media trends and recommend innovative content ideas.
- Track campaign performance, analyze insights, and prepare performance reports.
- Collaborate with the Marketing, Operations, Sales, and Business Development teams to drive business growth.
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who has:
- Experience in Social Media Management, Digital Marketing, Content Creation, Marketing Communications, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Experience using Canva; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar design/video editing tools is an advantage.
- Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- At least a High School Graduate.
- College-level applicants and Fresh Graduates with exceptional creativity and a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.
