Job Summary
The Sales Representative is responsible for finding potential vendors who are interested in leasing a space in the Food Park. The role is primarily office-based and involves contacting prospects, answering inquiries, and assisting vendors with the leasing process. Visits to the Food Park may be required when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Look for potential food and non-food vendors.
- Contact prospective vendors through phone calls, social media, or email.
- Explain the available vendor spaces and rental rates.
- Answer inquiries and follow up with interested vendors.
- Assist vendors in completing the leasing requirements.
- Keep a list of leads and vendor inquiries.
- Meet the monthly target for vendor acquisition.
- Visit the Food Park when needed for meetings or site tours.
Qualifications
- College graduate or at least college level.
- Experience in sales is an advantage but not required.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Willing to work in an office-based setup and visit the Food Park as needed.
