Job Description
Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or any related course
With at least 1 year experience in purchasing or relevant role (Fresh graduates may also apply)
- Update internal databases with order details
- Knowledge of purchasing processes and supplier management
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Detail-oriented can work with minimal supervision
- Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs.
- Research potential vendors.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts).
- Conduct market research to identify pricing trends.
- Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices.
- Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts.
- Follow up with suppliers, as needed, organized, and to confirm or change orders.
- Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition.
- Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may assigned to the employee
