Job Responsibilities


  • Manage the end to end import shipment process, from overseas suppliers until goods arrive at the designated destination.
  • Coordinate with overseas suppliers and freight forwarding partners regarding shipping schedules, documentation, and shipment status.
  • Review and verify import documentation, including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, CIPL, Bill of Lading (B/L) or Air Waybill (AWB), Certificate of Origin (Form D or other applicable certificates), and other supporting documents.
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of import documents for customs clearance and compliance with Indonesian import regulations.
  • Monitor shipment progress, Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA), and proactively resolve shipping delays or operational issues.
  • Manage import related payments, including freight charges, import duties, taxes, and other logistics costs.
  • Monitor import transactions and reconcile Statements of Account (SOA) with vendors and logistics partners.
  • Ensure complete and compliant import documentation for taxation, audit, and regulatory reporting purposes.


Qualifications


  • Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Transportation Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in import operations, logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain industry.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Highly proactive, responsive, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with a high level of accuracy and accountability.
