About the role
We are seeking a highly diligent and experienced Sustainability Auditor to join our team. You will play a critical role in ensuring our operations across Indonesia align with national and international sustainability standards. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting rigorous internal audits, identifying compliance gaps, and drafting technical reports that meet the high standards of global market entry.
Key responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive internal audits against ISPO (Indonesian Sustainable Palm Oil) and RSPO (Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil) Principles & Criteria.
Evaluate field operations, mill processes, and supply chain traceability to ensure adherence to NDPE (No Deforestation, No Peat, No Exploitation) policies.
Draft detailed, evidence-based audit reports in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Identify non-conformances and provide actionable recommendations for remediation and continuous improvement.
Liaise closely with plantation management to monitor and track the progress of identified non-compliances and remediation tasks.
Requirements
Experience : Minimum 3–5 years of professional experience as an auditor, specifically for ISPO and RSPO schemes.
Industry Knowledge: Proven background in the oil palm industry is highly preferred. A strong understanding of environmental regulations and land legality (HGU) in Indonesia is an advantage.
Technical Skills : Deep understanding of ISPO/RSPO standard requirements and social/environmental impact assessments.
Reporting : Proven ability to write clear, concise, and professional audit reports.
Communication : Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (verbal and written) for reporting and stakeholder engagement.
Mobility : Must be able to work independently and be willing to travel frequently to remote plantation sites across Indonesia (Bangka, South Sumatra, etc.).
