Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, implement, and monitor demonstration plots in farmers' fields.
- Build relationships and partnerships with farmer groups, farmer associations, retallen, and distribution partners
- Organize farmer meetings, field days, and technical education activities.
- Conduct regular visits to stones and sales calls to support the achievement of sales targets
- Support product branding activities and campaigns in the field.
- Prepare reports and field documentation on a regular basis.
Qualifications:
- Male/Female, maximum 32 years old
- Minimum D3 degree in Agriculture (Agronomy, Agrotechnology, Plant Protection, or Soil Science)
- Recent graduate with internship or feld experience is an advantage
- Must have an active SIM C
- Good understanding of crop practices, agronomy challenges, and current issues in agriculture and food crop commodities
