Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to identify new business opportunities, drive revenue growth, and establish strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding market presence, developing long-term client relationships, and contributing to the company's overall business objectives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve company growth targets.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion initiatives.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and key stakeholders.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and business opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Key Account Management, or a related role.

  • Proven track record in achieving revenue growth and business expansion targets.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
