ADR Group of Companies proudly presents the Management Development Program (MDP) 2026, a structured leadership development program designed for high-potential talents who aspire to build a career in the automotive manufacturing industry.

Participants will undergo cross-functional learning, job rotations, and direct mentoring from business unit leaders to prepare them for future leadership roles across the company's seven core business functions.

Placement Areas :

  • Production – Manage daily manufacturing operations and production output.

  • Process Engineering – Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes.

  • Maintenance (MTC) – Ensure the reliability and performance of production machinery and plant facilities.

  • PPIC (Production Planning & Inventory Control) – Plan and control production schedules, inventory, and material flow.

  • Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC) – Ensure product quality standards and consistency throughout the manufacturing process.

  • Product Engineering – Develop, design, and improve new products in accordance with customer and company requirements.

  • Sales & Marketing – Develop market strategies and drive business growth through customer engagement and sales initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or Applied Bachelor's Degree (S1/D4) in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Mechatronics Engineering / Industrial Engineering / Automation Industrial Engineering and any other related engineering majors.

  • Minimum GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale.

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with a maximum of 1 year of working experience.

  • Willing to participate in job rotations and be assigned to any business unit within ADR Group.

  • Willing to be assigned to any ADR Group site in Tangerang or Kapuk.

  • Demonstrate strong leadership potential, analytical thinking, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
