ADR Group of Companies proudly presents the Management Development Program (MDP) 2026, a structured leadership development program designed for high-potential talents who aspire to build a career in the automotive manufacturing industry.
Participants will undergo cross-functional learning, job rotations, and direct mentoring from business unit leaders to prepare them for future leadership roles across the company's seven core business functions.
Placement Areas :
Production – Manage daily manufacturing operations and production output.
Process Engineering – Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes.
Maintenance (MTC) – Ensure the reliability and performance of production machinery and plant facilities.
PPIC (Production Planning & Inventory Control) – Plan and control production schedules, inventory, and material flow.
Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC) – Ensure product quality standards and consistency throughout the manufacturing process.
Product Engineering – Develop, design, and improve new products in accordance with customer and company requirements.
Sales & Marketing – Develop market strategies and drive business growth through customer engagement and sales initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or Applied Bachelor's Degree (S1/D4) in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Mechatronics Engineering / Industrial Engineering / Automation Industrial Engineering and any other related engineering majors.
Minimum GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale.
Fresh graduates or candidates with a maximum of 1 year of working experience.
Willing to participate in job rotations and be assigned to any business unit within ADR Group.
Willing to be assigned to any ADR Group site in Tangerang or Kapuk.
Demonstrate strong leadership potential, analytical thinking, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
