Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

  1. Menangani perbaikan ringan hingga menengah pada komponen mekanis seperti batching plant, truck mixer, wheel loader, genset, dan compressor.
  2. Memastikan kesiapan unit (plant & armada) untuk produksi harian tanpa gangguan teknis.
  3. Melakukan troubleshooting saat terjadi kerusakan mendadak dan memberikan solusi cepat untuk meminimalkan downtime.
  4. Berkoordinasi dengan operator dan tim produksi untuk mengidentifikasi potensi masalah teknis sejak dini.
  5. Membuat laporan harian/mingguan terkait kegiatan perawatan dan perbaikan.


Kualifikasi:

1. Laki-laki

2. ⁠Minimal 1 - 3 tahun pengalaman di bidang serupa dan di industri beton/semen, atau perbaikan alat berat seperti dump truck, hexa, atau forklift

3. ⁠Berusia maksimal 54 tahun
