About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Junior Supply Chain Management (SCM) Specialist to join our growing operations team. Reporting directly to the SCM Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our cross-border supply chain runs smoothly and efficiently.

Because our manufacturing and procurement network relies heavily on international partners—predominantly in China, along with key suppliers in Thailand—this role requires excellent communication skills, cultural adaptability, and a keen eye for logistical detail. What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities):

Supplier Coordination: Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for our overseas suppliers in China and Thailand.

Order Management: Assist the SCM Lead in processing Purchase Orders (POs), confirming product specifications, and monitoring production lead times to prevent stock shortages.

Shipment Tracking: Monitor international freight forwarding and shipping schedules. Ensure all parties are updated on Estimated Times of Departure/Arrival (ETD/ETA).

Document Handling: Assist in preparing and verifying critical import/export documentation, including Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading (B/L) or Air Waybills (AWB), and Certificates of Origin (COO).

Data & Administration: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of supplier pricing, shipping costs, and delivery performance in the company database/Excel.

Problem Solving: Help the SCM Lead troubleshoot day-to-day logistical bottlenecks, such as shipping delays or missing documents.


What We Are Looking For (Requirements):

Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field.

1–2 years of hands-on experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Import/Export operations. (Fresh graduates with strong internship experience in logistics are welcome to apply!)

Language Skills: Fluent in English (written and spoken) for correspondence with our Thai and global partners. Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred and will be an advantage for communicating with our China-based suppliers.

Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of international shipping processes and Incoterms (e.g., FOB, CIF, EXW).

Software Skills: Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems is a plus.

Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
