General Qualifications
• 5+years of experience as a UI/UX Designer
• Experience in B2B, SaaS, or enterprise software is a plus
• Experience designing data-driven dashboards or complex applications
• UI/UX portfolio is required
Technical Skills
• Proficient in Figma (components, auto layout, variants, prototyping)
• Able to produce wireframes, high-fidelity UI, and interactive prototypes
• Strong understanding of user flow, IA, usability, and accessibility
• Familiar with analytics dashboards and data visualization
Product & Technical Understanding
• Understanding of web and dashboard-based applications
• Ability to translate business requirements and PRDs into designs
• Basic understanding of data platforms and complex workflows (plus)
• Awareness of frontend and backend development processes
Soft Skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Detail-oriented and problem-solving mindset
• Comfortable working with PMs, Engineers, and QA
• Basic frontend coding knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
Nice to Have
• Familiarity with Tailwind CSS and Bootstrap
• Ability to read simple frontend code
• Experience in fintech, banking, government, or SOC products
• Experience with design systems and Agile/Scrum
