Clear and reset tables efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, service stations, and equipment.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Assist in opening and closing duties, including setting up and cleaning the restaurant.
Upsell menu items and recommend additional products to enhance the guest experience.
Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate issues to supervisors when necessary.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.
