Key responsibilities
Prepare and submit customs documentation including bills of lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations
Coordinate with customs authorities and port officials to facilitate timely clearance of shipments
Verify accuracy of shipping documents and ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements
Monitor shipment status throughout the customs clearance process and provide updates to relevant stakeholders
Resolve customs issues, discrepancies, and queries in a timely and professional manner
Stay current with changes in customs regulations, tariff classifications, and international trade policies
What we're looking for
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or related field
Proven experience working in customs clearance, shipping operations, or freight forwarding (minimum 2-3 years)
Strong knowledge of Indonesian customs regulations and international trade compliance procedures
Proficiency in using customs management systems and port authority databases
Reliability and commitment to meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
