About the role
We are seeking a QHS - MS (Quality, Health & Safety - Management Systems) professional to join our team at ??????????????. This is a full-time position based in Batam, Riau Islands, Indonesia. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive quality, health, and safety management systems across our operations. Your work will be fundamental to ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, protecting our workforce, and driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational excellence and organisational performance.
What we're looking for
Relevant qualification or certification in Quality Management, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related discipline (ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 iInternal / Lead Auditor Systems)
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in QHSE Management Systems.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain comprehensive documentation and records
Knowledge in QC 7 Tools, Root Cause Analysis & Risk Assesment (HIRADC / FMEA)
Knowledge of FSC, RBA, SMETA/SEDEX or BSCI Management systems is advantage
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
AK3 Umum certification is preferred.
