QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent.
- Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with relevant clinical experience.
- Must have relevant experience in patient care and medical screening.
- Willing to be assigned to Shinagawa Healthcare (Diagnostic).
- Willing to be assigned to the BGC Branch.
Job Responsibilities:
- Obtain and assess patient information, including medical history, vital signs, and diagnostic results.
- Maintain accurate patient records and encode information in the Clinical Information & Management System (CIMS).
- Prepare medical abstracts for physician review and approval.
- Provide quality patient care and address patient concerns professionally.
- Collect patient feedback and report concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
- Deliver nursing care and respond appropriately to emergency situations.
- Coordinate patient appointments, procedures, and monthly operation schedules.
- Support mobile clinic operations by providing patient care, coordinating screenings, and assisting with healthcare services both in the clinic and at off-site events.
- Assist during LASIK procedures when necessary.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
