Who are we looking for:
We are looking for an Employee/Labor Relations Specialist to help foster a positive work environment, ensure compliance with labor laws, and support effective employee relations programs. The ideal candidate has experience in labor relations, conflict resolution, employee engagement, and case management, and can effectively partner with employees, leaders, and key stakeholders.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Handle employee relations concerns, grievances, disciplinary cases, and investigations in compliance with company policies and labor laws.
- Collaborate with HR
- Facilitate administrative hearings, case documentation, and disciplinary processes.
- Coordinate with legal counsel and government agencies when needed.
- Monitor employee relations trends and recommend initiatives to enhance workplace culture and engagement.
- Support employee engagement, communication, and conflict resolution programs.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee relations records.
- Assist in the development, review, and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Legal Management, or a related field.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in Employee Relations, Labor Relations, or Human Resources.
- Knowledgeable of the Philippine Labor Code, labor standards, due process, and disciplinary procedures.
- Experience handling employee grievances, investigations, and administrative cases.
- Strong communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Willing to work in a fast-paced environment and be assigned to our Visayas Avenue, Quezon City satellite office.
