?Who are we looking for:

We're looking for a Local Store Marketing Specialist to support our growth across retail and quick-service store locations. The role will be the frontline of store-level marketing and campaign execution by supporting both new and existing stores in boosting visibility, driving traffic, and converting local opportunities into real growth. The ideal candidate should be passionate about community-driven promotions, trade area activation, and hands-on marketing execution.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Analyze trade area saturation to uncover local store marketing opportunities.
• Develop tailored marketing plans for underperforming stores.
• Coordinate store openings and localized campaigns.
• Conduct site visits for planning installations and materials.
• Oversee deployment of store/outdoor collaterals and aggregator devices.
• Collaborate with Project Management, Operations, and Expansion teams.
• Provide logistical and on-ground support during events and rollouts.
• Manage urgent marketing requests and ensure timely execution.
• Ensure timely, brand-compliant delivery of materials to operations.
• Work with stores to ensure proper placement of marketing materials.
• Monitor and report on promotional, launch, and event performance.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Entry-level position; fresh graduates are welcome to apply, or with at least 1-2 Years of experience in Retail, QSR, FMCG, or field marketing roles.
• Organized, proactive, and willing to travel for fieldwork
• Strong project and time management skills.
• Great communicator and collaborator.
• Proven experience in executing store promotions and handling marketing materials.
• Preferably with a valid driver’s license and can drive.
• Open to field work, including facilitation of store openings, programs, events, partnerships, and tie-ups.
• Willing to be assigned to our satellite office here in Visayas Avenue, Quezon City.
