Park Attendant (Zipline)

What You'll Do:

• Perform daily pre-opening inspections of the zipline equipment (harnesses, helmets, pulleys, cables, and braking systems) to ensure compliance with safety standards and document findings.
• Safely assist guests at the launch platform, ensuring proper attachment to the zip line, verifying safety checks, and releasing guests in accordance with park protocols.
• Manage the landing platform by receiving guests, assisting with safe detachment from the equipment, and facilitating a smooth transition off the landing area.
• Provide friendly, professional service to guests while maintaining order at both the launch and landing areas to manage wait times and ensure an organized flow of traffic.
• Maintain accurate daily logs of zipline usage, conduct basic cleaning of safety gear, and report any signs of wear, tear, or mechanical issues to the Operations Supervisor immediately.
• Perform secondary duties as assigned, including assisting with other recreational activities, park maintenance, or general administrative tasks during low-volume periods.

What We Are Looking For:

• At least High School graduate.
• Must be physically fit, comfortable with heights, and capable of standing for long periods.
• Prior experience in hospitality, tourism, or recreation settings is preferred.
• Previous experience in roles that required strict adherence to safety protocols or equipment handling.
• Proven ability to work effectively within a team, especially in fast-paced operational environments like a park or attraction.
• Familiarity with managing crowd flow or assisting with outdoor activities/events.
• Willing to be assigned in General Trias City, Cavite
