Job Responsibilities

Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls for a telecommunications account.
Assist customers with billing inquiries, account updates, service requests, and general concerns.
Troubleshoot basic technical issues related to mobile, internet, or phone services.
Provide accurate information about products, services, promotions, and company policies.
Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Document customer interactions and update account information accurately in company systems.
Meet individual and team performance metrics, including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction goals.
Follow company policies, procedures, and data privacy guidelines.

Qualifications:

-At least 6 months CCE

-High School/SHS Graduate

-B2

Salary up to 30k Package

Hiring Week of 12th and 26th

· Must be 18 years of age and above

· At least high school graduate with diploma/certificate

· Must NOT be a student/enrolled, and should have NO plans in pursuing their studies w/in 2 years employment in TP

· Willing to work full-time and in shifting schedule (No Part-time)

· Candidate must NOT be a former Teleperformance employee

· No prior application with Teleperformance for the past 30 days

· Average to excellent English communication skills

· Computer literate and with good web navigation skills

· Available to start ASAP
