Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control and quality assurance processes.
- Conduct inspections and testing to ensure products meet specifications and customer requirements.
- Investigate product defects and customer complaints, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Analyze quality data and prepare reports on quality performance.
- Coordinate with production, purchasing, and suppliers to resolve quality issues.
- Ensure compliance with applicable standards, regulations, and company quality policies.
- Participate in internal audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation, inspection reports, and records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field).
- Preferably with experience in quality assurance or quality control.
- Knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001 is an advantage).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
