Salary Package: Up to ?25,000/month
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries regarding travel bookings and reservations.
- Assist customers with flight, hotel, and travel-related concerns.
- Provide accurate travel information, policies, and service options.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly while ensuring a positive customer experience..
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Follow company policies and data privacy standards.
Job Requirements:
- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum), ALS Graduate, or Senior High School Graduate (K–12).
- At least 6 months of BPO customer service experience.
- English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Basic computer navigation and MS Office knowledge
- Willing to work onsite at Cebu IT Park.
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
