Company is seeking an experienced Shipping Operational Manager to lead and oversee day-to-day vessel operations across our fleet. The ideal candidate is hands-on, Proactive, and capable of ensuring smooth coordination between ships, agents, and shore teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate vessel operations, port calls, and cargo movements.
Maintain close, effective communication with Captains, agents, and port authorities.
Anticipate and resolve operational issues to prevent or minimize incidents.
Ensure full compliance with safety, environmental, and company standards.
Provide timely reporting and support strategic decision-making for efficiency improvements.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Maritime, Logistics, or related field.
ANT I Preferred.
DPA CERTIFIED
CSO CERTIFIED
Minimum 5 years’ experience in shipping operations or fleet management.
Experience working with multinational crews, especially Chinese technical teams, is highly preferred.
Proven ability to manage incidents calmly and effectively and having the resources know how.
