Work Location: Surabaya, East Java
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and expand international sales markets.
• Actively seek new overseas customers to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing international clients.
• Prepare quotations, sales contracts, and other sales documentation.
• Represent the company at international exhibitions, trade shows, and client meetings abroad.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, International Business, Management, or related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Marketing/Sales (Fresh graduates with strong enthusiasm are welcome to apply).
Strong sales mindset, target-oriented, aggressive, and highly motivated.
Energetic, confident, and professional appearance.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Fluent in English (spoken & written).
Japanese, Chinese, or other foreign language proficiency is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint). Canva or other design software is a plus.
Willing to travel internationally.
