About the role
PT Putra Perkasa Abadi is seeking a Human Capital Senior Staff to join our organisation. This role will act as a trusted HR Business Partner by collaborating closely with business leaders to drive people initiatives, organizational effectiveness, leadership development, and value transformation across the organization.
Key responsibilities
Develop and execute human capital strategies and policies that support organisational objectives and enhance employee performance
Oversee recruitment and selection processes, ensuring the acquisition of high-quality talent aligned with business needs
Partner with business units to understand business priorities, organizational challenges, and workforce needs while providing strategic Human Capital solutions that support business objectives.
Facilitate organizational development initiatives such as organization design, workforce planning, job analysis, competency framework development, and organizational effectiveness programs.
Lead and support the implementation of corporate culture and value transformation initiatives to strengthen employee engagement and reinforce organizational values.
Act as a strategic HR Business Partner by providing consultation and recommendations on talent management, performance management, employee capability development, and organizational change.
Identify capability gaps through organizational diagnosis and collaborate with stakeholders to develop appropriate people development interventions.
Analyze people metrics and organizational data to generate insights that support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of Human Capital initiatives, policies, and transformation programs.
Support change management initiatives by facilitating communication, stakeholder engagement, and adoption of organizational changes.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 4–5 years of experience in Human Capital Development, Organization Development, Learning & Development, Talent Management, or HR Business Partner.
Strong understanding of Human Capital practices, including competency management, talent development, performance management, and organizational development.
Experience in driving organizational culture or value transformation initiatives will be an advantage.
Strong business partnering, stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Able to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Willing to travel to project sites when required.
