Job Descripton :
Lead daily Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) activities.
Ensure all production processes comply with the company's quality standards and specifications.
Oversee incoming material inspection, in-process inspection, and final product inspection activities.
Conduct investigations into product non-conformities and quality issues.
Coordinate Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to eliminate the root causes of quality problems.
Monitor and evaluate Quality Key Performance Indicators (Quality KPI).
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports.
Handle customer complaints and ensure effective follow-up and continuous improvement actions.
Provide training, coaching, and guidance to QC Inspectors to improve performance and quality awareness.
Ensure the implementation and compliance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Work Instructions (WI), and Quality Management System (QMS) requirements, including ISO standards.
Ensure equipment and measuring instruments are properly maintained, verified, and calibrated according to the established schedule.
Qualifications :
Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA), preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of quality management systems, quality inspection, and quality assurance processes.
Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work accurately under pressure.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
