Melakukan preventive & predictive maintenance pada mesin produksi dan utilitas
Menangani troubleshooting dan perbaikan mesin (filling liquid, vacuum, pendingin, HVAC, dll)
Memastikan kesiapan mesin, peralatan, dan sistem utilitas agar proses produksi berjalan lancar
Melakukan perawatan dan perbaikan sistem elektrikal, panel, sensor, dan kontrol PLC
Menyusun laporan hasil perawatan/perbaikan serta memberikan usulan continuous improvement
Berkoordinasi dengan tim produksi dan manajemen terkait kendala teknis
Menjaga penerapan K3 (Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja) di area kerja

Kualifikasi
Pendidikan minimal SMK/D3/S1 Teknik (Elektro/Mesin/Industri atau sejenis)
Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Engineering / Maintenance di industri manufaktur (lebih disukai F&B)
Memahami sistem mesin produksi, elektrikal, dan dasar PLC
Mampu melakukan troubleshooting secara mandiri
Teliti, responsif, dan memiliki problem solving yang baik
Bersedia bekerja secara freelance / project-based
