Job Summary:
The Project Managers oversee the planning and execution of Housing & Land Development and Condominium/High-Rise projects, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and quality delivery. The role coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to achieve project objectives while maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage the end-to-end execution of residential construction projects.
-Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource requirements.
-Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
-Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
-Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
-Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for management and clients.
-Lead project meetings and facilitate resolution of technical and operational issues.
-Oversee contractor performance and ensure adherence to project specifications and timelines.
-Secure necessary permits and coordinate with relevant government agencies as required.
Job Qualifications:
-Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related Engineering courses.
-Proven experience managing Housing & Land Development and/or -High-Rise Residential/Condominium projects.
-Strong background in project planning, construction management, and client coordination.
-Demonstrated success in delivering projects on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
-Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
-Proficient in project management tools and construction documentation.
-Professional experience with established real estate developers is highly preferred.
-Previous experience with DMCI Homes or Project Developers, Inc., SMDC and MDC will be considered a strong advantage.
-Open to relocating to Iloilo City.
