Functional description
Plan and monitor the implementation status of testing in Product Development.
Tasks and responsibilities
Arrange test schedule and monitoring testing progress.
Organize electrical and geometry measurement also testing sample setup.
Ensure the equipment calibration and preventive maintenance conduct as scheduled.
Ensure the test procedure and parameter implemented.
Compile measurement data or test result for review and approval.
Work with IT/Tooling department or supplier to build new testing equipment when required.
Work with maintenance to trouble shoot equipment breakdown.
Initiate innovation of test procedure and equipment as part of continuous improvement.
Authorization
Authorize to operate measurement PC and testing equipment in PD-Lab.
Authorize to maintain data in PD server Ilsvbt8043\Departments\BT TPS PD\Laboratory.
Conditions of employment and interaction
Cooperation / adjustment with PD team and other internal departments within BT TPS.
Requirements
Education:
Diploma in electronics / mechatronics engineering.
Experience:
Experience in manufacturing industry at least 2 years.
Knowledge:
Familiar with test / measurement system and reporting.
Knowledge of Microsoft office (MS Word & Excel).
English (minimum passive).
Personal attributes:
Ability to work in a team, independently and under time pressure.
Strong analytical skill.
Good initiative and creative.
Discipline.
