Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Data Engineer, ETL Developer, or related role.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Data Warehouse development and regulatory reporting.
- Strong expertise in SQL and Oracle Database.
- Proficient in Python for data processing, automation, and scripting.
- Solid experience in ETL development, data modeling, and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with Linux operating systems and Git version control.
- Experience in data reconciliation, data validation, and regulatory data mapping.
- Knowledge of OJK and Bank Indonesia (BI) regulatory reporting processes is highly preferred.
- Experience with regulatory audits and compliance reporting is an advantage.
- Familiarity with big data and modern data engineering tools such as Spark/PySpark, Kafka, Airflow, Dataiku, and cloud platforms is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes and Data Warehouse solutions to support business and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Support regulatory reporting activities, including data validation, reconciliation, and submission processes.
- Create, maintain, and enhance regulatory data mappings, reporting datasets, and data lineage documentation.
- Optimize SQL queries, ETL workflows, and database performance to ensure efficient data processing.
- Develop automation solutions and scripts using Python to improve operational efficiency.
- Investigate and resolve data quality, reconciliation, and performance-related issues.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, compliance teams, and technical teams to deliver accurate and timely reporting solutions.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, deployment procedures, and operational support materials.
- Participate in system implementation, deployment, testing, and production support activities.
- Ensure compliance with internal governance standards and external regulatory requirements.
NOTE: Will be placed onsite at our client's office located in South Jakarta/West Jakarta.
