AEP Administrator | About You

As an Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Administrator, you are responsible for supporting the daily operations, configuration, and governance needs of enterprise digital experience platforms. You thrive in detail?oriented environments where accuracy, compliance, and operational discipline are essential. You are comfortable collaborating across marketing, data, engineering, and privacy teams to ensure AEP and connected systems operate smoothly. You enjoy solving problems, maintaining clear documentation, and supporting both technical and business stakeholders. You are proactive, organized, and committed to safeguarding data quality, platform reliability, and compliance standards.

AEP Administrator | Day-to-Day

  • Support configuration, user access management, and day?to?day operations of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
  • Administer platform permissions and user roles through the Adobe Admin Console.
  • Assist with integrations between AEP and downstream systems such as Infobip or other messaging/data platforms.
  • Participate in incident response and change management processes using ServiceNow.
  • Perform routine monitoring and health checks across AEP and related digital experience platforms.
  • Maintain operational runbooks, SOPs, and documentation aligned to platform governance requirements.

AEP Administrator | Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience supporting digital platforms, customer data platforms, or enterprise experience technologies (AEP experience strongly preferred).
  • Experience managing user access, permissions, and administrative configurations in Adobe Admin Console or similar enterprise access management tools.
  • Familiarity with platform integrations, API?driven workflows, or messaging platform connections.
  • Working knowledge of ITSM processes, including incident and change management using tools such as ServiceNow.
  • Understanding of privacy, compliance, and data governance requirements, including exposure to HIPAA controls or DSAR workflows.
  • Strong documentation, communication, and cross?team collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and business groups.
