Job Summary
As ecommerce manager, you will lead the company's digital marketing strategy to drive sustainable business growth. You will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, optimizing customer acquisition, increasing revenue, strengthening brand performance, and ensuring seamless collaboration between Marketing, Sales, Product, and other business functions.
Responsibilities
1. Platform Operation & Sales Growth
Oversee end-to-end operations of TikTok Official Store, Shopee Mall, Tokopedia, Lazada, and Blibli, driving traffic acquisition, conversion rate optimization, and GMV growth.
2.Formulate and execute aggressive promotional campaigns tailored to platform mega-campaigns (e.g., 9.9, 11.11, 12.12, TikTok Friday/Payday etc).
3.Develop content calendars, livestream strategies (especially for TikTok, shopee etc), KOL strategies?and oversee storefront layouts, landing page developments, and product uploads.
4.Maintain strong relationships with account managers of top e-commerce platforms to secure key resources (e.g., flash sale slots, banner exposure, platform subsidies).
5.Collaborate closely with Demand Planning and Warehousing teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment, optimize stock turns, and prevent out-of-stock scenarios for high-demand.
6.Provide data-driven insights on consumer trends to bridge assortment gaps and support local pricing and bundling strategies.
7.Develop and implement long-term e-commerce strategies, annual budgets, and ROI-driven marketing spend plans.
8.Deliver comprehensive weekly/monthly analysis and reporting on sales metrics, product sell-through, marketing code performance, and profit margin health.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Management, Economics, or a related field.
2. Minimum 5 years as manager deal with ecommerce, growth marketing, or funnel management roles, with a proven track record in a senior leadership capacity.
3. Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, CRM, Marketing Automation, SEO/SEM, and Go-to-Market strategy.
4. Expertise in analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM platforms like Salesforce, data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau).
5. Strong understanding of commercial strategy, revenue growth, budgeting, and P&L.
6. Hybrid of creative brand building and data-driven performance marketing.
7. Exceptional stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and the ability to inspire cross-functional teams.
